Ultimate Performance Medium Hot & Cold Wrap provides hands-free compression of either a cold or hot pack. It is re-usable and flexible. The wrap comes with two reusable cold and hot therapy packs included.

What is the Ultimate Performance Medium Hot & Cold Wrap suitable for?

The medium hot and cold therapy wrap is ideal for applying hot ot cold therapy. In particular to elbows, arms, wrists and ankles. Applying ice or cold immediately is important first aid for acute sports injuries. Specifically, it is an essential part of the PRICE principles (protection, rest, ice, compression and elevation).

It is ideal for treating:

• Minor sports injuries
• Sprains
• Strains
• Joint swelling

How does it work?

The pack contains a non-toxic gel that retains heat or stays cold for a minimum of one hour. In addition, the gel stays soft and flexible after freezing, even in temperatures as low as -20°C

The wrap holds the pack securely in place. Also, you can adjust the tension to provide as much or as little additional compression as you need. The soft gel moulds around body shapes to provide consistent coverage.

Hot and cold

To cool the packs simply freeze for a minimum of 10 minutes. Better still, leave permenantly in the freezer until you need them. For heat, soak in hot water for 10 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
