How does it work?
The pack is filled with a non-toxic gel that will retain heat or coldness for a minimum of one hour. The gel stays soft and flexible after freezing, even in temperatures as low as -20°C.
Insert a pack in the mesh pocket on the wrap then apply where needed, securing in place with the upper and lower loops. Makes cold/hot therapy simple as the wrap holds the pack securely in place.
Hot and Cold
We include 2 cold/hot gel packs. This allows you to do effective cold/hot therapy without waiting for the packs to cool or heat between treatments.
- To cool the packs simply freeze for 10 minutes.
- To heat them you can soak in hot water for 10 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
